This high-density EPS foam floor kit is cut to perfectly match the Ford Transit’s floor ribs and contours, leaving no air gaps and providing greater thermal performance than other solutions. The foam layer features pre-cut wire channels for alternator charging and heater access under the front seat.
The foam is topped with 3/4-inch plywood, providing a stable platform for the rest of the build. This floor system includes everything needed to run the in-floor radiant heating loop. We finish the look with our perfect-fit, black powder-coated trim to match the contours of the van.
When used with our full kit system, the in-floor wire channels save hours of time running wires through the van shell. This floor system can be installed in 20 minutes.
