We kick off every van build with a collaborative consultation, turning your ideas into clear layouts, renders, and engineering drawings before finalizing the design and getting to work.

Layout Design and Spec

When you initially call us, we’ll discuss your initial vision for your van build, chat components, talk you through our pricing packages, and start to build your design spec.
We begin figuring out the major dimensions, layout and components. We do this with CAD, sending you renders and engineering dimensioned drawings along the way. We can even generate augmented reality files so you can walk around your van in virtual reality.

2. Detailed Design

We get into the specifics of the many colour and fabric options.
We finalise all the layout, component and experience details and your van build is ready to begin.

3. Build

We’ll be busy in our Pemberton workshop manufacturing parts and building your van. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the build with updates, photos and progress reports.
Once your build is nearing the final stages we’ll book in a pick up date. On the day of collection we’ll spend several hours together going through details and getting you up to speed on all the systems in your van. After you drive away we’ll maintain the 3D model of your van so if in the future you decide to modify or upgrade any new parts we can easily retrofit.

FAQs

Our custom conversions are mostly built in Ford Transit. We work with Ford to access 3D models of their vehicles (the same 3D models that are used to build the van in the factory). This allows us to design each and every part with great accuracy.
We also work with smaller vans, such as Hiace and Sienna. For these vans we can design custom conversions or we also have a range of drop in camper modules ready to go in our store.
This can depend greatly on the scope of the van conversion. Once we reach the build phase, the majority of vans take around 2-4 months.
Sometimes! We love to test out new ideas that often become products. This is usually done through an in house build. We post any converted vans for sale on our instagram , so keep an eye out!
Yes, we can absolutely help you find your van, whether you’re looking for something second hand or to be put in touch with one of our trusted dealers to spec out your own new van.
Yes, we partner with a local company who can assist our clients with financing.
Yes, we would be happy to work with you. However the van must be supplied by you and purchased in the USA.
We structure our prices in an easy to follow format, and for each step of the van you can select your package or options similarly to how you would spec the van itself. This enables you to choose exactly what goes into your van. Conversions start at 90k CAD (for a fully insulated van with bed system, kitchen, storage, water and electrical) then go from there as you add external modifications such a flares, increase power system specs and add on options.
